What I Did

Led the UX vision and roadmap grounded in member research and behavioural insight.

Set the product direction

  • Identified moments of uncertainty, risk, and low confidence that prevented meaningful member action

  • Focused roadmap decisions on reducing perceived risk at high-stakes decision points

Designed for high-stakes financial decisions

  • Owned end-to-end product design across retirement planning, contributions, investments, payments, and insurance

  • Designed mobile journeys that reduced uncertainty and perceived risk at key decision points

  • Partnered with product, engineering, legal and compliance to ship confidently in a highly regulated environment

  • Translated regulatory constraints into clear, safe, user-centred design patterns
